These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Jimlad Referral Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility
1.1 To participate in the Program, you must be an existing customer or an approved affiliate partner of Jimad.

2. Referral Criteria
2.1 Referrals must be new customers to Jimlad Media who make a qualifying purchase as determined by Jimad.
2.2 Referrals must be made through your unique referral link, code, or via a designated referral portal provided by Jimad.

3. Rewards
3.1 For each successful referral that meets the criteria defined in Section 2, you will earn a reward equal to 5% of the total sales generated by the referred customer’s qualifying purchase.
3.2 Rewards will be calculated and paid out based on the net sales revenue generated by referred customers, excluding taxes, shipping costs, and returns.
3.3 Rewards will be credited to your account or disbursed according to the payment method agreed upon by you and Jimad. Payouts will be made on a 24hrs basis.
3.4 Jimad reserves the right to adjust reward percentages, terms, or conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided to participants.

4. Program Duration
4.1 The Program commence on 01/10/2024 and will continue until terminated by Jimad with reasonable notice.

5. Compliance and Ethics
5.1 Participants in the Program must adhere to ethical and legal business practices.
5.2 Participants must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or unethical marketing tactics when promoting Jimad or its products/services.

6. Modifications and Termination
6.1 Jimad reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to participants.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
7.1 Participants must respect the confidentiality of customer data and protect it in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to seek legal remedies as provided by applicable laws.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

By participating in the Jimad Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Jimad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to participants.
